RES-X “The Residue Remover”
RES-X is chemically engineered to remove residue caused by tramp oil, oxidized oils, water minerals, dirt, dust and other contaminants that are commonly found in machines using metalworking lubricants. RES-X molecularly breaks down the adhesion bonds of the residue; “it releases their hold on the surface”.
RES-X is 100% compatible with Hangsterfer’s emulsifiable oils, semi-synthetics, synthetics, cutting oils and metalforming compounds.
Hangsterfer’s Clean All is designed for dilution with water for various cleaning applications. Clean All has a three component cleaning technology, which consists of oil soluble detergents, water soluble detergents and emulsifiers. These components quickly remove dirt, oil, grease and other residues.
PreClean helps to break up slimes and residues in the coolant system, releasing its hold from surfaces within the machine. Once this hold is broken, the slime and residues will be free in the sump and easy to remove when the old coolant is dumped and the machine cleaned.
ADDITIVES & ANTI-FOAM
Additive Calcium Liquid
Additive Calcium Liquid, when added to a water supply, replaces the natural minerals absent from some water sources. It stabilizes the water to a neutral pH and replaces the natural balance of useful minerals.
Additive Calcium Liquid reduces foam and improves lubricity for many coolants.
Additive Antifoam(s) H-710, H-160 and Tankside
As with all foam situations, the root cause of the foam should be identified and the appropriate system and process changes need to be implemented. The following antifoam technologies are offered as an aid, however for some machines and systems where the mechanical problem that creates foam cannot be modified, constant additions of antifoam may be required.
FoamBlock is an innovative means to control foam. It is a solid form of antifoam that will dissolve slowly in the coolant. FoamBlock can last up to one month depending on the flow rate and turbulence of the coolant system. It will work with most coolants, lowering foam and improving performance.
