Livetools modular workholding systems are designed to help modern machine shops reduce setup times while maintaining precision, repeatability, and machining flexibility.

  • Vee pull-down geometry:  Reduces jaw lift to ≤ 0.016 mm, improving workpiece seating stability and delivering significantly lower lift than many conventional market alternatives.
  • Rotating jaw movement:  Securely clamps irregular, rough-cut, and off-cut material without needing dovetail preparation or stamping operations. 
  • High rigidity construction:  Engineered for stable performance in both 3-axis and 5-axis machining environments under demanding cutting conditions..

Livetools zero-point workholding systems are designed to reduce setup times, improve fixture repeatability, and provide a scalable foundation for future automation-ready machining environments.Developed and tested in real machining conditions, the system enables rapid fixture changeovers while maintaining high positional accuracy and clamping consistency across repeated setups.
