CNC Cleaning Fan

This fan enables quick and easy cleaning of work pieces, fixtures and machine tool tables after machining. It blows away chips, swarf and coolant preventing them being brought outside of your CNC machining center.

Install the chip fan in a toolholder and you can program it into the end of the cycle - that way on cycle finish the workpiece is ready to take out with no cleaning required.

The fans will clean both coolant and chips off jobs and the table.

For T-slot tables we also have these T-slot covers by Octane Workholding which fill in your t-slots, preventing chips & coolant collecting in them - and making cleaning ultra fast and so much easier.

The fan blades open automatically by centrifugal force and are closed by springs attached to each blade.

On first time setup and testing: Start at the min RPM and gradually build up so you get a good idea of what speeds and feeds are going to be suitable for the job. Obviously keep the CNC doors closed during operation.
